Our Memphis-style spareribs, North Carolina pulled pork, Kansas City barbecue chicken, and South Texas slow-smoked brisket and prime rib have a secrety you will need to taste for yourself.

Our potato salad and cole slaw are an explosion of flavors and colors, from absolutely the freshest produce available in the market.

The Hot & Sticky baked beans and collard greens are a must and are rapidly becoming world famous.

  We also have Theme catering, ranging from a trip through Italy with our "Tuscan" flare or Hanging on the Beach in Hawaii with our authentic underground roasted pig "Luau."

The tastiest baked goods ever.  Homemade pies "to die for. "

Featuring pies:  Macadamia Dutch apple that is just sinful;Banana cream straiight out of the South; Sweet Potato; luscious Cherry and Pecan.  Over 20 homemade giant pies -- you name it and Rick can bake it.

Decadent Cheese cakes: Blueberry Pear bottom; Caramel Apple Swirl; Vanilla; Cherry; or Pineapple  with Macacadamia nut crust --just to name a few.

Mama's corn bread is from heaven -- warm, and fluffy dinner rolls, giant crusty bisquits -- cooked fresh daily.

Blueberry Oatmeal; Chocolate chip cherry; Ginger snaps; and Cranberry Almond cookies.

Carrot cakes; Pound cakes; and my Sherry wine bundt cake is absolutely wonderful.
